We ship to the following countries: Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. In the unusual case that the product ordered is not available, we will provide option to replace with a similar product or refund the payment.

We exclusively partner with Australia Post for shipping. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will depend on the chosen delivery service. Delivery times may vary, ranging from 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location. 

 

Returns Policy

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or contact us page to arrange the most appropriate solution. Returned products must be in their original, unused, unassembled condition and packaging. Early bird toys will cover the shipping fees for returned items.
  • Change of Mind Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods, including return shipping costs. If the item is not received by us, a refund will not be issued. If the returned item does not meet our policy conditions, you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to your nominated address.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: Should you receive items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please inform us within 14 days. Given that some of our products are crafted from natural wood, slight imperfections may occur. Please note that natural wood features such as inconsistent patterns, textures, and surfaces are normal. However, if the wood displays unnatural marks like cracks, it is deemed defective. Kindly provide accompanying photos with any complaints about damaged goods for our team to assess and determine suitable solutions, which may include issuing a credit note or refund based on the severity of the issue. In the event of loss or irreparable damage during transit, please contact us promptly so we can liaise with the freight company to find the best resolution
  • Important Reminders: Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Prior to returning an item, please email us or fill up contact us page to provide details. Please ensure any claims are supported by a proof of purchase.
